Exit FKLI On Stop Loss Hit

Date of entry: 20 Oct 2010
2nd Reverse Today - Long FKLI
I turned long again at the price of 1491 with 2 contracts. This is my second time to reverse my position. This is one of the tough days I encountered. I wish I could act like a robot without any feeling.

Date of exit: 22 Oct 2010
Exit FKLI On Stop Loss Hit
My position was stop out at 1489 with a loss of 3 points adding 1 point for commission. 1500 seems to be a strong resistant. Staying aside and waiting for the price to tell me what to do next

The balance of my account is RM 29,875 after the loss of RM 300 (3points x RM50 x2contracts = RM300)
(The details of my account is at My Future Trading Account Records 2010 )

  2. Hi,

This situation traders have to deal with. Kind of a price that we have to pay both emotional and financial.

  4. Hi Abel,

Jst to share w u. Maybe u should look bigger picture of market. Look for market direction. Since u r not intraday trader. The way i c it, index is still bullish if u agree w me. Since ur fund is huge enough, u r able to hold ur position until u really find the exits.

  6. if you are a local, the chances are you will trade more times in a day than Abel... depending on your risk apetite and time.. fm 5 min to 120 min bar chart... and locals make $$$ fm high volt such as last two days while swing trader would probably sitting on the fence.. , truly it depends on individual

  8. Hi,
You are right. I made a mistake. The losses should be 3 points instead of 4.
Thank you so much for pointing out. It means a lot to me.

    Regards,

    Abel
