2nd Exit At 2211 Almost The High

Date of exit : 30 July 2013
Title : 2nd Exit At 2211 Almost The High
I exited the 2nd contract at 2211 with profit of 30 points. This is a tough one as I supposed to exit at 2141 with 100 points gain but I missed it. Then one thing lead to another, I missed the board all the way till reaching my first exit price of 2211. I have to protect my profit at least same as the previous one. NOW, the price is heading down again. I hate this kind of situation but this is the fact, the fact of trading.
My average entry price is 2241.5 [(2243+2240)/2]
The Profit : RM1425 (28.5points x RM25 x 2contracts = RM1425)
The balance is now RM 31,225 (RM 29,800 + RM 1425 = RM 31,225)
(The details of my account is at My Future Trading Account Records 2012 )

Date of exit 1 : 25 July 2013
Title : Took Profit One Contract
I closed one contract at 2211.

Date of entry : 24 July 2013
Title : Reversed To Short One Contract
I reversed to short one contract at 2243 too. My usual size supposed to be two contracts but I initiated one for a start and see how. CPO actually bounded back at the time of writing. We as trader can never get the 'right' price.

Later I further bought one extra contract at 2240.

  2. Hi, Abel
You are a positional trade and not intraday trader. How you monitor you trade during the trading hours to determine your entry/exit ?
Sit in fount computer? With mobile devices? Pre-determine entry/exit ? Or others...

  3. Hi EMT,

I am kind of position trader and I do not sit in front of the screen. But I do use ipad (NextView Apps) to monitor my price any way any time.

    Good-lah you. Profitable trade.
Today seem not lucky day for me as my dealer made wrong FCPO entry for me. Now paper loss ~10 points and it have to be closed today as intraday trade.
Good luck to you and good luck to me too.
