I longed CPO Jan 2009 Future Contract at the open with the price of 2211. The price broke the mini down trend line (in blue).

Closed Trade 20091016b: Long CPO Jan 2009 Contract at the close

I keyed in earlier to long CPO Jan 2009 Future Contract at 2178 and I got them at the close. Technically speaking, the price broke above and stayed above the down trend line (in blue). I had no choice but to follow what technical analysis was showing me. It was hard actually but I did it.

I further shorted FKLI Oct 2009 Future Contract at 1246 when I was stopped out my previous long position (the longest holding trade). The price broke down below the recent low 1252 (based on 2 hour chart).

The price reached my stop loss level at 1260 lossing RM 1600.

I had an intraday trade lossing 26 points; long at 2185 & stopped out at 2160 (at the close) when the price broke above recent high 2178. What can I say? A trade is a trade and the market will do anything it liks.
